Introduction

Chardham Yatra is the most holy and auspicious Hindu Pilgrimage of all. These consist of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badinath and all these sites are located in Uttarakhand State of India. Nestled in the lap of majestic Himalayan Mountains, these four pilgrimages are the epicenter of religious activity in India. The Yatra starts from Yamunotri, then proceeding to Gangotri and finally to Kedarnath and Badrinath. Pilgrims visit all these places in aspiration to attain salvation, by the blessings of the Lord. We at Sunbird ACS makes the Chardham Yatra simple and shortest by connecting all these 04 auspicious sites by our luxury helicopters thus making it accessible for child to a very old person to receive the blessings of the lord.

  • All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas.
  • Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.
  • At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woollen clothes with them.
  • Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket.
  • There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens

Shuttle service for helicopter ride to and from Kedarnath is available from Gupta Kashi/Phata. We also organise helicopter rides for Hemkund Sahib also from Govindghat.

Itinerary for Chardham Package by Helicopter

Day 1: Dehradun

Upon your arrival in Dehradun airport, you will meet

Upon your arrival in Dehradun airport, you will meet our representative/driver at the airport who will take you to your pre-booked hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: Dehradun – Yamunotri – Gangotri (By helicopter)

Early morning check out from Dehradun hotel & proceed to Sahastradhara

Early morning check out from Dehradun hotel & proceed to Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun which is the starting and ending point of this Yatra. Departure from Sahastradhara helipad at 07:00 HRS. Arrival at the Yamunotri helipad at 07:45 HRS. The ground staff will brief you about the entire trip and do’s and don’ts. Breakfast will be arranged at Kharsali. Upon arrival at Kharsali passengers are welcomed by our ground staff. The Temple is a 6 Kms trek , which will be covered by Palki/Mule. Total journey will take approx. 5hour30min. (Generally, passengers will return to hotel by lunch time). Departure from the Yamunotri helipad at 13:45 HRS. Arrival at Harsil Helipad at 14:30 HRS. Harsil is one of the most beautiful & picturesque valleys in Uttarakhand. Gangotri temple is approx. 22 Kms from Harsil helipad. On reaching Harsil leave for Gangotri (22 KM from Harsil) by Luxury SUV vehicle. Visit Gangotri Temple and enjoy the Evening Ganga Arati at Gangotri. Drive back to Hasil. Stay at Harsil is arranged at a Luxury Nature Resort which is around 2 Kms from the helipad. We provide all the basic and leisure facilities for the tourists such as a premium accommodation with ensuite washrooms, delicious vegetarian food. Overnight stay at Harsil Luxurious Hotel.

Day 3: Gangotri – Kedarnath – Badrinath (By helicopter)

Departure from the Harsil helipad at 09:00 HRS. Arrival at Kedarnath Helipad at 10:00 HRS. Surrounded by snowcapped peaks, Kedarnath is the most remote site among all Char Dhams in Uttarakhand. The Kedarnath temple, the holy shrine of Lord Shiva houses one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India. The temple lies at a distance of approximately 600m from the helipad and reaching it would take about 15 minutes. Kedarnath doesn’t have a night halt facility, once the Darshan is completed, we will return to Guptkashi. Departure from the Guptkashi helipad at 13:00 HRS. Arrival at Badrinath Helipad at 14:00 HRS. Upon arrival check in at Hotel Sarovar Portico, which is close to the temple. Later evening, visit of Mana village – Mana is the last village before the Mana Pass and is 24 kilometers from the border of India and Tibet. The village is at a distance of about 3 km from the Hindu Pilgrimage Badrinath and the two places are culturally connected with each other. Overnight stay at Badrinath hotel.

Day 4: Departure from Dehradun

Early morning, special Maha Abhishek Pooja starts at 0400AM sharp in the morning

Early morning, special Maha Abhishek Pooja starts at 0400AM sharp in the morning and last for 2 hours. We arrange an opportunity for all our guests to sit in the temple and cherishes the Darshan of the Shringar of the deity from close quarters. Departure from Badrinath helipad at 11:30 HRS. Arrival at Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun at 12:30 HRS & you will be transferred to Dehradun airport for your onward journey.
